Greenstone Roofing is a fictional company created by ArvicoHQ to demonstrate what a premium trades website looks like. The story below is illustrative — the standards it describes are the ones a real premium contractor should be held to.
Our story
Founded on the roofs we were asked to fix twice
Greenstone Roofing began with a frustration familiar to anyone who has owned an older property in Bristol or Bath: roofs repaired repeatedly, never diagnosed properly, and never documented. Cement fillets over failed lead. Mismatched slate nailed into rotten battens. Estimates given verbally on a doorstep.
We built the business the other way round. Diagnosis before pricing, photographs before and after every stage, written specifications that state materials by name and code, and guarantees issued as documents rather than promises.
Today the team covers everything from single-slate repairs on Georgian terraces to phased warehouse refurbishments in South Gloucestershire — but the sequence never changes, and the client always sees the evidence.
